The Pre-Sales Senior AI Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in helping enterprise customers recognize the value of agentic AI and machine learning platforms. Your main goal is to rapidly build enterprise-grade MVP agentic AI applications by collaborating with prospective customers and sales teams to transform loosely defined problems into compelling prototypes. These MVPs serve as foundations that demonstrate technical depth and expedite time-to-value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business-to-Technical Translation & Problem Understanding

    • Partner with Sales Teams to understand customer missions and strategic priorities.
    • Translate business needs into platform capabilities for various personas like CIO, CTO, and Chief Data Officer.
    • Identify high-leverage automation and decision points for agentic AI.
  • Agentic AI Solution Design & Prototyping

    • Design and implement end-to-end agentic AI MVPs.
    • Define key technical requirements for deployment models and data readiness.
    • Build intuitive enterprise-grade UIs using React.
  • Demo Execution & Sales Collaboration

    • Deliver engaging live demos that clearly demonstrate problem-solution-business impact.
    • Support the sales team with technical knowledge and assets.
  • Cross-Functional Feedback & Compliance Alignment

    • Support discussions around AI governance and data security.
    • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer needs and product gaps.
    • Contribute reusable patterns and best practices for future MVP delivery.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Pre-Sales & Platform Selling Experience: Proven track record in supporting sales pursuits with technical expertise.
  • Core Technical Skills: Experience in building agentic AI applications, including working with Python, TypeScript, APIs, and React.
  • Problem Solving & Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex AI concepts clearly.

Education & Experience:

  • 6-8+ years in sales engineering, applied AI, or technical product roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; advanced degree in AI/ML is a plus.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events.
