Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for Oracle Retail, Oracle EBS, and SAP S/4HANA modules.
- Manage incident lifecycle from detection to closure, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across ERP, retail, and finance systems.
- Support procurement, replenishment, warehousing, and store operations.
- Own and manage stock take processes across inventory modules.
- Support SAP S/4HANA Finance and Oracle financial modules.
- Troubleshoot integration issues across APIs, middleware, and EDI.
- Monitor ERP and retail systems to maintain performance.
Experience and Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise Application Support within retail or distribution environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting both Oracle (Retail/EBS) and SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Strong understanding of retail supply chain, inventory management, and finance processes.
- Knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, MM, SD, Inventory) in Oracle and SAP S/4HANA.
- Technical skills in integration (APIs, middleware, EDI) and basic scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
