As a Senior Analyst within the company's Operations Practice Area, you will be part of a global team delivering value through your expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets. Your contributions will involve relevant analysis and insights, supporting business development and marketing efforts related to operations implementation programs. Travel may be required to serve clients on-site. Key Responsibilities: - Support cases and proposals with analytical contributions. - Engage in commercialization efforts for implementation programs. - Lead process improvement initiatives for large capital projects. - Analyze and optimize engineering processes for greater efficiency and quality. - Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to align processes with business goals. - Monitor process performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary. Qualifications: - 1-2+ years of consulting experience in construction, engineering, or process improvement preferred; 2+ years of relevant industry experience required. - Bachelor’s Degree required (advanced degree preferred) in engineering or industrial management. - Strong experience in construction and engineering process management. - Fluency in English is required. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
