Position

As a Senior Analyst within the company's Operations Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team to deliver value to clients using both individual expertise and institutional knowledge assets. This role involves contributing to cases and proposals through relevant analysis and insights, supporting business development for operations implementation programs, and collaborating with various teams to design and develop solutions. Travel to client sites for staffing assignments is expected.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives in large capital projects.
  • Analyze and optimize engineering processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Implement process standardization and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to align processes with business goals.
  • Monitor process performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of consulting experience in construction, engineering, process improvement, or related fields; or 2+ years minimum relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred) in a relevant field such as engineering or industrial management.
  • Strong experience with construction and engineering process management and improvement.
  • Experience with cost control, scheduling, risk management, and field operations.
  • Analytical and data-driven skills.
  • Fluency in English (strong written and verbal communication skills).
