Work Conditions:
What You'll Do:
- Lead process improvement initiatives in large capital projects.
- Analyze and optimize engineering processes for efficiency and quality.
- Implement process standardization and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to align processes with business goals.
- Monitor process performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of consulting experience in construction, engineering, process improvement, or related fields; or 2+ years minimum relevant industry experience.
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred) in a relevant field such as engineering or industrial management.
- Strong experience with construction and engineering process management and improvement.
- Experience with cost control, scheduling, risk management, and field operations.
- Analytical and data-driven skills.
- Fluency in English (strong written and verbal communication skills).
