As a Senior Analyst in a Client Focused role, you will engage in long-tail projects centered on Implementation, providing value to clients through your expertise and institutional knowledge assets. Your responsibilities will include supporting implementation projects in collaboration with business leaders, ensuring the execution of strategies aligned with established goals; engaging in analytical structured thinking and problem-solving, applying business transformation principles in practical scenarios; assisting with organizational design strategies and target operating models; managing disciplined execution of project components; conducting analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement; and communicating effectively with case teams and clients' members to ensure high-quality project execution.
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential travel to client sites required to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
Qualifications include 2+ years of consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation roles preferred (or at least 2 years of industry experience, 3-6+ years preferred), proven capability to translate strategy into action, a Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred), fluency in Arabic and English, strong business and financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
