As a Senior Analyst in a Client Focused role, you will work on long-tail projects focusing on Implementation, delivering value to clients through your expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets. You will contribute to client cases and proposals by providing relevant analysis and insights, creating a strong impact for the client. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving key modules within implementation projects and transformation programs.
- Applying analytical structured thinking and problem-solving.
- Supporting organizational design strategies and target operating models.
- Managing disciplined execution of program components and tracking value realization.
- Conducting analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicating effectively with case teams and clients.
- Ensuring high-quality execution of project components focused on efficiency.
- Supporting change management efforts and capability uplift during implementations.
You're Good At:
- Solving client problems through execution of long-tail implementation programs.
- Translating business strategies into practical actions.
- Assessing trade-offs to support value creation.

What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation-related field preferred, or 2+ years of industry experience required; 3-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in translating strategy into action.
- Bachelor’s Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Who You'll Work With:
As a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with clients and the company Project Leaders, Associates, and Consultants. You will also collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across the company to serve our internal and external clients, contributing to a diverse and innovative team environment.
