As a Senior Analyst in a Client Focused role, you will engage in long-tail projects centered on Implementation, leveraging your expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets to deliver value to clients. The role entails supporting implementation projects in collaboration with business leaders and conducting analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement. You will also participate in onsite client engagements to understand requirements and design tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive key modules within implementation projects and transformation programs.
- Apply structured thinking and problem-solving grounded in business transformation principles.
- Support the activation of organizational design strategies, processes, governance, and performance management.
- Manage execution of program components, including business case development and value realization tracking.
- Conduct analyses to streamline processes and improve performance for financial impact.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation preferred; alternatively, 2+ years of relevant industry experience required (3-6+ years preferred).
- Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable items with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
Who You'll Work With:
As a Senior Analyst, you will interact directly with clients, the company Project Leaders, Associates, and Consultants. During periods between projects, you will collaborate with global topic leads to enhance client service.
