As a Senior Analyst, your role will involve working on long-term implementation and transformation initiatives, translating ideas into action and strategy into measurable outcomes. You will contribute to cases and proposals through analysis and insights, driving execution and alignment with client stakeholders, and ensuring change interventions deliver lasting business impact.
You will support implementation projects with activities such as:
- Driving key modules within implementation projects and transformation programs.
- Managing execution and realization of value from strategic recommendations.
- Conducting analysis to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Communicating effectively with case teams and client members.
- Supporting change management and capability uplift during implementation.
You're Good At
- Solving client problems through long-tail implementation programs.
- Translating business strategies into practical actions.
- Communicating clearly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Maintaining focus on execution and outcomes.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation-related roles.
- Proven experience translating strategy into action.
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
