BCG was a pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation—enabling organizations to grow, build competitive advantage, and drive bottom-line impact.

As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Client Focus path within BCG’s Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice Area, you will work in a global team to deliver value to clients using your expertise and BCG Vantage assets, such as products, tools, data, and frameworks. You will support commercialization efforts in conjunction with business leaders, contribute to analysis and insights in proposals, and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues.

Our Transactions & Integrations (T&I) business is part of the Corporate Finance and Strategy Practice Area, focusing on M&A, carve-out, and post-merger integration services. With a team of over 300 professionals, we help clients execute deals efficiently and maximize value creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and create detailed, scenario-based financial models for corporate transactions.
  • Contribute expertise in buy-side and sell-side M&A processes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and case team members.
  • Collaborate in a dynamic group environment, both in-person and virtually.
  • Be flexible and innovative, proposing new ideas and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of consulting experience in relevant areas (e.g., Corporate Finance, M&A) preferred; industry experience (3+ years) considered in lieu of consulting.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and business acumen.

Work Conditions:

  • Occasional travel may be required for client engagements.
