As a Senior Analyst within the company's Transactions & Integrations (TI) practice, you will be part of a global team delivering value to clients through expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Post-Merger Integration (PMI), and Carve-out topics. Your role will involve analyzing relevant data and providing insights to strengthen client cases and proposals, along with potential onsite client interaction.
You will work alongside business leaders to commercialize findings and support the development of intellectual property and assets for the business. The TI business is fast-growing, with a focus on executing transactions efficiently and maximizing value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and create detailed business plans and financial models for M&A and corporate transactions.
  • Understand the buy-side and sell-side M&A process, including key steps and required documents.
  • Collaborate effectively in a group dynamic, often in a virtual setting.
  • Communicate with senior stakeholders in a structured and confident manner.
  • Frame and structure intellectual property, ensuring clear and concise writing.
  • Navigate complexity and ambiguity while proposing innovative ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in Transactions/M&A, Corporate Finance, or related fields; 4+ years of relevant industry experience may be acceptable.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling tools (e.g., Anaplan, advanced Excel) is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and written/verbal communication skills.

As a Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with global leads and colleagues to provide expertise to clients. The Transactions & Integrations Vantage Team consists of over 20 analysts who are integral to client work and the development of publications, tools, and intellectual property for the practice area.
