About the Role
The Digital Partnerships team in the Eastern Europe Middle East and Africa (EEMEA) region is looking for a Senior Analyst, Business Development in the Fintech segment to build, develop, commercialize, and manage key customers within the Fintech segment. This role primarily supports the strategy and revenue tracking for the Fintech segment while identifying and pursuing opportunities with new and existing customers/markets. The goal is to grow market share and deepen the company's regional footprint by embedding multiple products, platforms, and capability bundles that drive innovation and customer loyalty.

Role Responsibilities
- Work closely with the VP of Fintech and account managers to streamline tracking and optimize revenue within the segment through internal and external quarterly business reviews (QBRs), P&L management in collaboration with Finance, and Fintech strategy refresh initiatives.
- Partner with Fintechs across the EEMEA region to deepen relationships within all Fintech sub-segments while maintaining a strong focus on business development and revenue diversification.
- Serve as the global ‘owner’ of the company's relationships with assigned accounts, building mutually aligned strategies and plans with partners and executing them effectively across the organization.
- Analyze financial and payment-related data to provide tailored customer recommendations that drive value for both partners and the company.
- Become an expert on assigned partners and the company's capabilities, providing insights into Fintech business strategies, while creating roadmaps through daily interactions and QBRs to ensure strategic alignment.
- Lead negotiations with partners and internal stakeholders, developing term sheets and contracts.
- Manage multi-market Fintech partners across the EEMEA region, building roadmaps and pipelines for growth and commercialization in collaboration with regional input.
- Maintain an entrepreneurial approach to understand business requirements and develop actionable business development opportunities.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and negotiation skills in communicating with senior management across diverse international environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with expertise in deal commercialization and P&L management.
- Relevant work experience demonstrating core knowledge of payments, data processing concepts, and banking industry practices.
- Understanding of payment solutions with experience in sales and business development.
- Thorough knowledge of the Fintech landscape across the region and a disciplined approach to achieving sales targets, financial analysis, and strategic development.
- Passion for networking and building meaningful relationships at all levels, including with senior-level and C-Suite executives.
- A blend of analytical capability, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence to provide creative solutions to complex business problems.
- Skilled in onboarding complex business and technical knowledge to engage in critical partner discussions and drive solutions.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment, with strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- Committed to delivering quality with a strong focus on customer needs, demonstrating team collaboration and independent goal-oriented work.
