The Digital Partnerships team in the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa region (EEMEA) is looking for a Senior Analyst, Account Management, Fintech Segment to build, develop, commercialize, and manage key customers within the Fintech segment across the EEMEA region. This role also involves acting as Sales Support to the function. The primary objective is to support the strategy and revenue tracking for the Fintech segment while identifying and pursuing opportunities with new or existing customers/markets, growing market share, and deepening the company’s regional footprint. Responsibilities include embedding multiple products, platforms, and capability bundles that drive innovation and stickiness, as well as developing sales and commercial strategies aligned with geographies and segments.
Role Responsibilities
- Work closely with the VP of Fintech and account managers to streamline tracking and revenue optimization across the segment, support QBRs (internal and external), and collaborate closely with Finance on P&L management.
- Partner with Fintechs across the EEMEA region, deepening relationships across all Fintech Sub-Segments.
- Focus on business development and revenue diversification with a strong bottom line orientation.
- Act as the global ‘owner’ of the company’s relationship with assigned accounts and build mutually aligned strategies with partners, executing by effectively leveraging the company organization.
- Analyze financial and payment-related data to provide customer-specific recommendations that drive value for partners and the company.
- Become an expert on assigned partners and the company’s capabilities, providing insights into the Fintech business strategically.
- Establish day-to-day and senior business relationships to create roadmaps and ensure alignment on strategy and execution of agreed projects.
- Lead negotiations with partners and internal stakeholders, developing terms sheets and contracts.
- Manage Multi-Market Fintech partners across the EEMEA region effectively.
- Build a roadmap and pipeline for the ecosystem to accelerate growth and commercialization, collaborating with regional input.
- Approach with an entrepreneurial mindset; rapidly understand business requirements and translate them into business development opportunities.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with experience communicating in international environments at senior management levels.
- Demonstrate account management experience, understanding customer needs, marketplace dynamics, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; expertise in deal commercialization and P&L management.
- Relevant work experience with a core knowledge of payments, data processing concepts, and financial industry/banking operations practices.
- Understanding of payment solutions with experience in sales and business development.
- Thorough understanding of the Fintech landscape across the region.
- Action-oriented, results-driven, and disciplined in delivering sales targets, financial analysis, and strategic development.
- Passionate about meeting new people and building meaningful relationships, including with senior-level and C-Suite executives.
- Possess a blend of analytical capability, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence; able to dive deep on all areas of the business to deliver creative solutions to complex problems.
- Comfortable onboarding complex business and technical knowledge at a level sufficient for meaningful partner discussions and solution identification.
- Enjoy collaborating with a team while also working independently towards a goal.
- Strong relationship management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Skilled in negotiating and influencing, capable of executing through indirect reports.
- Committed to quality with a strong focus on customer needs.
- A team player who easily builds relationships, with strong people management and coaching skills.
- Fluent in English.
