About the Role
The Digital Partnerships team in the Eastern Europe Middle East and Africa region (EEMEA) is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Fintech Segment. This position involves building, developing, commercializing, and managing relationships with key customers in the Fintech sector. The Senior Analyst will act as Sales Support, focusing on strategy and revenue tracking for the Fintech segment, while identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, increasing market share, and embedding innovative products and services.

Purpose of the Digital Partnerships Team
The Digital Partnerships team leads the company's engagement with major players in digital commerce, partnering with leading technology firms, ecommerce, and financial services to enhance seamless and secure payment solutions. Inclusive of a range of digital partners, including Fintechs and digital merchants, the team is committed to leveraging the company's technological capabilities to drive value for partners and facilitate effective strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the VP of Fintech and account managers to streamline tracking and optimize revenue across the segment.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and manage Profit & Loss in close collaboration with Finance.
  • Partner with Fintechs across the EEMEA region to deepen relationships and develop strategies for all Fintech sub-segments.
  • Focus on business development and revenue diversification with a keen eye on the bottom line.
  • Own relationships with assigned accounts, developing mutually aligned strategies and plans.
  • Analyze financial and payment-related data to provide insights and recommendations to enhance partner value.
  • Establish and maintain day-to-day business relationships, creating roadmaps and ensuring alignment on strategy through QBRs and regular interactions.
  • Lead negotiations with partners and manage internal stakeholders, developing term sheets and contracts.
  • Oversee Multi-Market Fintech partners within the EEMEA region, building roadmaps and pipelines to accelerate growth and commercialization.
  • Maintain an entrepreneurial approach to understanding business needs and translating them into development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in deal commercialization and P&L management.
  • Relevant work experience and comprehensive knowledge of payment solutions, data processing concepts, and banking industry practices.
  • In-depth understanding of the Fintech landscape throughout the region.
  • Results-driven, action-oriented, and disciplined in meeting sales targets, conducting financial analysis, and strategic development.
  • Ability to engage meaningfully with partners, building and maintaining relationships at various organizational levels, including C-Suite executives.
  • Blend of analytical ability, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence to tackle complex business challenges.
  • Capacity to absorb complex business and technical information for effective partner discussions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, experience managing diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment, and excellent negotiation capabilities.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality outcomes with a strong focus on customer needs.
  • Team player who fosters positive relationships, coupled with strong people management and coaching abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
