Key Accountabilities

  • Data Analysis:
    Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources such as production planning, financial statements, market research reports, and internal databases.
    Using statistical analysis tools, data visualization techniques, and other analytical methods.
    Identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data.

  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track and monitor the performance of the business by regularly reviewing and analyzing key metrics and KPIs.
    Assessing financial performance, sales figures, market share, and other relevant indicators.
    Identifying areas of strength and weakness and providing insights to help improve business performance and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Strategy and Business Development (Growth Project):
    Contribute to the strategic planning process by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
    Developing and maintaining financial models for growth projects.
    Optimize resource allocation and develop effective strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Collaboration:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, operations, and strategy, to gather data.
    Understand business needs and align analysis with broader organizational goals.
    Work closely with other departments to ensure that our analysis is comprehensive and aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Continuous Improvement:
    Stay updated with the latest analytical tools, techniques, and industry trends.
    Continuous learning and improvement are key to enhancing your analytical skills and staying ahead in a rapidly evolving business environment.

  • Ad-hoc analysis and reports:
    Handle ad-hoc requests.
    Extract valuable insights from financial datasets.
    Create customized reports to address specific requests.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, or Accounting.

  • Minimum Experience:
    5-8 years of experience.
