As a Compliance Tuning and Model Validation Senior Analyst, you would act as FCC Technical Lead and Subject Matter Expert, playing a critical role in tuning, supporting, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders from various FCC units to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and define system optimization, tuning, and change objectives. Your insights and recommendations will help drive the support of the existing FCC solutions, as well as the development and implementation of future changes that align with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and optimize existing FCC solutions for enhancements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze business requirements related to FCC systems, including threshold analysis on given Business Cases where applicable.
- Perform impact analysis on interchangeability and interconnectivity between surrounding systems and FCC Systems, proposing solutions or changes from vendor side when needed.
- Prepare Functional Documentation (FSD/SRS/Architecture Documents, diagrams, DFD) for all required changes, securing Banking internal process-related approvals/reviews/changes.
- Act as a single point of contact for the technical design, clarifying and discussing with the Architecture team, Vendor teams, and surrounding system teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for FCC initiatives.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to validate FCC solutions meet business requirements and functional specifications.
- Assist in the development and implementation of change management plans to support the adoption of new FCC solutions and processes.
Requirements
- Proven track record as FCC Subject Matter Expert and Technical Lead on Oracle, SAS, and FIRCO FCC products, preferably within the UAE or regional GCC, ideally in a Hosted Managed Service (HMS) set-up.
- Hands-on experience with CBUAE AML regulations, mandates, and best practices for combating Money Laundering.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, requirements elicitation techniques, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools, requirements management tools, and project documentation software.
