We are looking for a Senior Analytics Associate to manage our web and marketing analytics ecosystem, focusing on event tracking, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making. You will implement and optimize tags, manage pixels and conversion APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to track key business initiatives, bridging the gap between marketing, product, and data teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own event tracking and tagging across web and mobile using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) setup, enhanced eCommerce tracking, and user behavior analysis.
  • Oversee Adjust (MMP) tracking for accurate mobile attribution.
  • Implement and manage Meta (Facebook) Conversion API and Google Ads Enhanced Conversions.
  • Ensure data integrity by handling event deduplication and debugging tracking discrepancies.
  • Collaborate on A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user experiences.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker, Google Data Studio, or BigQuery.
  • Monitor and debug tracking anomalies.
  • Stay updated on privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) to implement compliant tracking solutions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript for advanced analytics and tracking implementations.
  • Expertise in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and event tracking best practices.
  • Experience with Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Ads, and Conversion APIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA); Python knowledge is a plus.
