Responsibilities
- Define the scope and manage the execution of the data management project.
- Handle project planning and resource allocation.
- Monitor operation and optimize the process against SLA.
- Liaise with concerned parties to build, test, release, and deploy changes.
- Understand business expectations and forecast future capacity requirements for the Section.
- Analyze business processes to determine how information analysis and KPI can enhance management decision-making.
- Identify patterns and help the business react to changing business conditions.
- Review and update policies, procedures, standards, and operation guidelines for data management.
- Simplify servers, databases, and data recovery to meet Service Level Agreements on production environments.
- Conduct research for new relevant tools and technologies, recommending adoption where applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- 8 years of experience in a related field.
- Professional certifications as applicable.
Work Conditions
- Physical Effort: Minimal
- Work Environment: A/C environment, could be exposed to the prevailing weather conditions like heat, humidity & dust during occasional site visits.
