How You'll Spend Your Time
- Analyse campaign, event, and webinar performance and maintain accurate data in dashboards and CRM systems to produce actionable reports demonstrating marketing contribution to regional business growth.
- Translate regional business priorities and audience needs into practical marketing plans, campaign briefs, and activity calendars for consistent, locally relevant execution.
- Partner with Sales, business leaders, central marketing teams, and external partners to coordinate events, exhibitions, webinars, and seminars while aligning lead qualification and follow-up processes.
- Plan and execute integrated demand-generation and brand-building campaigns across events, email, digital, social media, partner, and public relations channels to engage priority audiences.
- Develop and localise audience-focused content, applying agreed attribution methods to refine messaging, assess pipeline contribution, and recommend improvements to channel mix and targeting.
What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having
- Two to four years of experience in delivering integrated B2B marketing programmes in regional or multi-market environments, including events, exhibitions, webinars, seminars, and digital campaigns, with a proven track record of generating qualified leads and contributing to the sales pipeline.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, webinar, event-management, digital, social media, and reporting platforms.
- Strong capabilities in marketing planning, audience segmentation, content development, brand governance, agency and vendor coordination, budget management, data analysis, and performance reporting.
- Effective project management, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and turn insights into practical improvements.
- Native Arabic speaker with professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A sincere interest in making a positive change in healthcare, with experience in healthcare technology, enterprise software, or another regulated B2B industry being an advantage.
