Senior Analyst, Investor Relations

This role involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting information essential to managing investor relations in alignment with corporate strategy and investor relations guidelines. The objective is to ensure that all investor relations data is accurately interpreted and that the information communicated between investors and management is relevant, complete, correct, and readily available. The position also supports the implementation of an investor relations strategy aimed at diversifying the shareholder base and enhancing trading liquidity by targeting new pools of local investors.

Key Accountabilities

• Stay updated on the latest industry developments and collect relevant data from industry peers to support the Investor Relations team.
• Update information on the company’s stock price, trading volumes, analysts’ forecasts, and investors’ feedback, as well as relevant data from industry peers for performance reporting and benchmarking.
• Under the supervision of the department manager, analyze sourced data to extract accurate information for communication with top management, investors, and analysts.
• Prepare materials for internal and external meetings and presentations, ensuring the information shared is relevant, correct, and timely.
• Identify new pools of local high net worth retail investors, family offices, and institutions, and suggest strategies to pitch the equity story to potential investors.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Communication, or a related field.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities.
• Organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
