What You’ll Deliver
- Lead the design, implementation, and integration of airport operational systems to support safe, efficient, and seamless operations.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of critical systems operating in a 24/7 airport environment.
- Drive strategic technology roadmaps aligned with airport growth, future capacity, and operational excellence.
- Enable real-time situational awareness by integrating systems across terminal, airside, baggage, security, and flight operations.
- Champion the adoption of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to enhance decision-making, passenger flow, and resource utilization.
- Oversee system lifecycle management, including upgrades, migrations, cybersecurity alignment, and compliance.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), incident response models, and business continuity plans.
- Act as a trusted technology leader, partnering with operational teams and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience leading mission-critical airport operational systems across terminals, airfields, and baggage operations.
- Strong technical depth in terminal, airfield, and baggage handling systems, with the ability to integrate complex, multi-vendor environments.
- Proven leadership in delivering large-scale aviation technology implementations in live, 24/7 operational environments.
- Hands-on experience driving digital transformation initiatives, including AI- and ML-enabled solutions, automation, and data-driven decision support.
- Deep understanding of passenger experience optimization, self-service technologies, and biometric-enabled journeys, along with a solid grounding in aviation standards, safety, and compliance frameworks (IATA, ICAO, ACI, ITIL).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across operations, IT, vendors, and leadership, alongside a forward-looking mindset focused on innovation, resilience, and continuous improvement in airport operations.
