Key Accountabilities:
- Delivers accounts payable services in line with agreed service levels.
- Reviews and approves supplier reconciliations.
- Resolves supplier payment and invoice exceptions.
- Maintains accurate vendor master data.
- Reconciles sub-ledgers and General Ledger accounts.
- Compiles accounts payable and vendor age analysis reports.
- Controls GRIR balances and investigates discrepancies.
- Negotiates vendor settlement discounts within approved authority.
- Maintains accurate asset registers and asset records.
- Verifies asset additions and coordinates physical asset checks.
- Calculates and records asset depreciation.
- Establishes, tracks, and closes capital projects.
- Ensures compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Monitors daily cash balances and petty cash controls.
- Processes local and international payments accurately.
- Administers banking activities and financial transactions.
- Prepares and posts accounting journals.
- Reconciles financial accounts and resolves variances.
- Processes sales transactions and customer invoices.
- Prepares cash flow forecasts and financial projections.
- Produces accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Supports safe operations and achieves HSE objectives.
