As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Dynamic Yield, a Mastercard company, you will be the primary technical contact for clients after they sign a deal. Your role will involve guiding clients through onboarding, integration, and ongoing technical consulting to maximize the platform's value. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, client-facing skills, and strategic thinking to foster long-term relationships and drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical bridge between Dynamic Yield and clients during the transition from sales to implementation.
- Lead the onboarding process, which includes technical integrations, migrations, and product customization.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance, training, and best practices throughout the client lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, development, and support teams to resolve technical issues and optimize implementations.
- Manage a portfolio of 15-25 clients, handling technical expectations and identifying opportunities for additional solutions.
- Assist clients in configuring APIs, troubleshooting issues, and effectively implementing Dynamic Yield’s product.
Who You Are:
- Technical & Client-Focused: You understand JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API configurations, communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A Strong Communicator: You effectively manage client expectations and proactively address technical challenges.
- Experienced in Account/Project Management: Ideally, you have worked with multiple clients in SaaS, digital marketing, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strategic Thinker: Beyond technical troubleshooting, you identify new opportunities for feature development and product adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years in a technical client-facing role (TAM, Technical Consultant, Solutions Engineer, etc.) or experience as a front-end developer.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS (knowledge of Java is a plus).
- Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and digital marketing solutions is beneficial.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and personalization strategies is preferred.
