Position

The Senior Analyst, Technology Account Management (TAM) role focuses on maintaining technology and operational relationships with external partners, specifically handling the relationship and portfolio of multiple Mastercard FinTech customers across the EEMEA Region. The candidate will serve as an internal liaison between various teams and will engage in defining new system development needs, optimizing portfolios, addressing customer service escalations, and ensuring flawless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of business initiatives for Non-Financial Institutions and other areas.
  • Provide enhanced Program Management for digital strategic and complex initiatives.
  • Maintain a work plan tracking responsibilities, deliverables, and processes for achieving results.
  • Document and steer specific milestones, providing delivery solution inputs during pre-sales.
  • Drive the implementation process with various delivery units to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with EEMEA and Global Mastercard teams for product and technology enhancements.
  • Support operational success and customer engagement through operation reviews.
  • Analyze and optimize customer operational performance as needed, ensuring optimal support.
  • Identify customer needs and arrange for necessary training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong digital payment skills with the capacity to transform opportunities into business solutions.
  • Experience in business consulting and/or IT integration preferred, along with a good understanding of core payments.
  • Excellent customer-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ownership ability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good personal organization and priority management.
  • Team player mentality but able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of agile project management is a strong plus.
  • University education or equivalent work experience in business, information technology, payments, or the bank card/mobile industry.

Work Conditions: This position is based in Dubai and may require travel of up to 25%.
