Position

As a Third-Party Risk Management Analyst, you will play a key role in safeguarding the company by strengthening the oversight and governance of third-party relationships. The role is responsible for supporting offshore Third-Party Risk Assessments, ensuring comprehensive vendor due diligence, risk evaluation, compliance monitoring, and adherence to the company’s Third-Party Risk Management framework. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, manage escalations, maintain risk registers, and provide insightful reporting to support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Support and oversee the offshore Third-Party Risk Assessment team in conducting vendor risk assessments and due diligence activities.
  • Ensure accurate vendor risk classification and assessment of vendor criticality, risk exposure, and business impact.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and the company's Third-Party Risk Management framework.
  • Maintain and monitor the vendor risk register, ensuring timely tracking and mitigation of identified risks.
  • Prepare and present risk reports, dashboards, management information, and due diligence summaries for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex vendor risk issues, non-compliance, and overdue risk assessment activities.
  • Partner with business units, Procurement, TPRM teams, and vendors to resolve issues and strengthen vendor governance.
  • Drive continuous improvements in vendor due diligence, risk monitoring, contract risk management, and reporting processes.
  • Support awareness initiatives and provide guidance on vendor management policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in banking or financial services, with focus on Vendor Management, Operational Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, or vendor governance within Procurement.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in risk management, Business Administration, Finance, Information Security, or a related field, CIPS Certification.
  • Knowledge of vendor management best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with ability to follow policies and procedures.
