The company is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Leasing Advisory team, focusing on Industrial Transactions. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing industrial brokerage mandates, managing client relationships, and supporting business development initiatives across the industrial and logistics sector. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with institutional and corporate clients while contributing to the growth of the company's industrial advisory platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake industrial brokerage projects, including leasing or sale/purchase of industrial assets on behalf of clients (end-users or owners).
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic advisory services to institutional and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and negotiations.
- Work with the company's platform tools and standard real estate online listing systems.
- Maintain daily upkeep of in-house databases and log live tenant requirements.
- Drive new business development through client targeting, presentations, and proposal preparation.
- Contribute to revenue generation within a team context.
- Collaborate with other departments across the region and internationally.
- Represent the company at client presentations and market events, maintaining an online presence in line with the company's protocols.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in industrial or logistics real estate transactions.
- Strong understanding of leasing and sales/purchase processes for industrial assets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship management capabilities with institutional and corporate clients.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly for data management and reporting.
- Proficiency with real estate platform tools and online listing systems.
- Proactive approach to business development and client targeting.
