About the Job
The Senior Analytics Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Strategic Delivery & Forecasting team. This position focuses on tracking KPI performance and trends to provide timely, accurate updates by identifying gaps and risks to Budget & Forecasts. The aim is to enable the development of effective mitigation plans. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, an understanding of the aviation sector, and excellent attention to detail.

Accountabilities

  • Support the development and execution of Passenger Revenue Forecasts and target setting, including the annual Passenger Revenue Budget.
  • Analyze key drivers of variances to Budget, past performance, and recent trends to identify revenue risks early.
  • Produce content for the Weekly Revenue Commercial Meeting and Committee, preparing insights on performance for senior management.
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis and support the creation of monthly dashboards as needed.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a complex numerate and analytical environment, preferably within the airline industry.
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and query tools, including at least two of the following: SQL, R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with substantial experience in business analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
