Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with the Analytics Manager and/or Business Engagement Partner to analyze requirements and design solutions to business problems.
- Execute complex, ad-hoc analyses utilizing Etihad’s analytical toolkit while proactively seeking further insights and root causes.
- Summarize and visualize results, highlighting insights for business translators.
- Maintain a documentation repository of solutions, including methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for automation and improvements in analysis approaches, recommending priorities for team development.
- Develop and maintain proficiency with advanced analytic and database tools and other relevant resources.
- Encourage the development of specializations in key analytical disciplines to become a knowledge leader among peers.
- Act as an expert and coach to the wider analytics team, assisting in the development and training of Analytics Analysts level 1 personnel.
Education & Experience:
- Diploma required (2 years or more).
- Additional qualifications in analytical disciplines and techniques are an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience (if holding a Bachelor's degree).
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in a relevant field (if holding a High School Certification or Diploma).
