Accountabilities
- Drive cost savings, network optimization, and fuel efficiency by developing reports and self-serve dashboards.
- Develop and maintain calibration of models to ensure they are relevant and optimal for the current business state.
- Monitor the benefits of models and provide monthly reports and actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Research and propose enhancements to existing business processes by effectively utilizing advanced analytical solutions.
- Communicate and present insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Share knowledge with the ops analytics team to upskill existing members in advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling, forecasting, and machine learning.
- Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and the roll-out of new systems and upgrades of existing ones to ensure delivery of business requirements without severe defects or bugs.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or data science.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in analytics and report development.
- Experience in query tool applications such as SQL, Databricks, Python, and Synapse preferred.
- Proficiency in analytical tools like Power BI or Tableau.
