The Senior Analytics Specialist will leverage advanced analytical skills and a wide analytical toolkit to analyze and visualize Etihad’s enterprise data resources, reporting to an Analytics Manager and working under the guidance of Business Engagement Partners. This role focuses on addressing high-value analytical questions posed by departments across Etihad Airways, engaging in data analysis, and fostering strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multi-disciplined environment. The successful candidate will also develop skills in data analysis and problem-solving to stay updated with industry-leading business intelligence capabilities.

Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with the Analytics Manager and/or Business Engagement Partner to analyze requirements and design solutions to business problems.
- Execute complex, ad-hoc analyses utilizing Etihad’s analytical toolkit while proactively seeking further insights and root causes.
- Summarize and visualize results, highlighting insights for business translation and decision-making.
- Maintain a documentation repository of solutions, including methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for automation and recommend improvements for future analyses.
- Develop and maintain proficiency with advanced analytic and database tools as well as in-house data sets.
- Specialize in one or more key analytical disciplines within Etihad, becoming a subject matter expert for peers.
- Act as a coach to the wider analytics team and assist in training Analytics Analysts to enhance their understanding of the toolkit and analytical techniques.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Diploma required (minimum of 2 years of study).
- Additional qualifications in analytical disciplines and techniques are advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience if possessing a Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in a relevant field if holding a High School Certification or Diploma.
