Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with the Analytics Manager and/or Business Engagement Partner to analyze requirements and design solutions to business problems.
- Execute complex, ad-hoc analyses utilizing the company's analytical toolkit, proactively seeking further insights and root causes.
- Summarize and visualize results, highlighting insights for business translation.
- Maintain a documentation repository of solutions and methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for automation and improvements in analysis approaches, making recommendations to the team.
- Develop and maintain proficiency in advanced analytics and database tools, in-house data sets, and other resources.
- Specialize in one or more key analytical disciplines at the company and become an expert among peers.
- Act as a coach to the wider analytics team and assist in developing the skills of Analytics Analysts level 1 personnel.
Education & Experience:
- Diploma required (2 years or more).
- Additional qualifications in analytical disciplines and techniques are advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience (if possessing a Bachelor’s degree).
- Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience (if holding a High School Certification or Diploma).
