Senior Analytics Specialist (UAE National Candidates Only)

The Senior Analytics Specialist position is designed for UAE National candidates and is based in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role focuses on leveraging advanced analytical skills to address high-value analytical questions for various departments within the company. The specialist will report to an Analytics Manager and work with Business Engagement Partners to analyze and visualize enterprise data resources. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role requires collaboration across a multi-disciplined environment.

The successful candidate will further develop their analytical skills and stay updated with the latest Business Intelligence (BI) techniques. Key accountabilities include executing complex analyses, summarizing insights, maintaining documentation, identifying automation opportunities, and training Analytics Analysts.

Education & Experience: A minimum of a diploma (2 years or more) is required, with additional qualifications in analytics being advantageous. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 7 years with a High School Certification or Diploma. Strong communication skills, likely including proficiency in English, are emphasized for effective collaboration.
