Senior Analytics Specialist

About the Job:
Reporting to one of the Analytics Managers and working under the guidance of the Business Engagement Partners, the Senior Analytics Specialist will leverage advanced analytical skills and the wider analytical toolkit to analyze and visualize the company's enterprise data resources. The role involves addressing high-value analytical questions posed by departments across the company to the Enterprise Analytics Team.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate in a multi-disciplined environment. Continuous development of skills and techniques for data analysis and problem-solving is encouraged, with a focus on staying current with industry-leading business intelligence (BI) capabilities.

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with the Analytics Manager and/or Business Engagement Partner to analyze requirements and design solutions to business problems.
• Execute complex, ad-hoc analyses using the company's analytical toolkit to uncover further insights and root causes.
• Summarize and visualize results, highlighting insights for business translation.
• Maintain a documentation repository of solutions, including methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for automation and improvements in analysis processes, making recommendations for further development.
• Develop and maintain proficiency with advanced analytic and database tools, as well as in-house data sets.
• Develop specializations in the company's key analytical disciplines and serve as a subject matter expert to peers.
• Assist in the development and training of Analytics Analysts Level 1 personnel to enhance their understanding of the toolkit and analytical techniques.

Qualifications:

• Diploma required (at least 2 years).
• Additional qualifications in analytical disciplines and techniques are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience (if holding a Bachelor's degree).
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in a relevant field (if holding a High School Certification or Diploma).
