Senior Android Engineer

The company, a leading financial technology company, is seeking a Senior Android Engineer to join its dynamic Technology team. As a crucial player in our mission to empower people with more visibility, control, and freedom over their finances, you'll work on the systems and experiences that keep the company moving. Our products, which cater to over 75 million customers globally, span spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travelling.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating closely with product designers to focus on new feature design and prototyping.
• Assisting in the user experience design process, from wireframes and mockups through implementation and release.
• Working with design and business teams to define and implement user-focused solutions.
• Helping to define and maintain visual guidelines, ensuring consistency throughout the app.
• Prototyping new user interactions and iterations based on feedback from peers.

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in Android development.
• A deep understanding of the Android SDK and Kotlin.
• A background in building Android apps for a wide range of devices.
• A track record of collaborating on cross-functional software projects.
• An eagerness to learn quickly and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A collaborative mindset to thrive in fast-paced team environments.
• Fluency in English.

• A GitHub portfolio showcasing personal or open-source projects.
• Experience in financial services.
