Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Report project progress and activities to management in a timely manner.
- Study and understand Advanced Solution software and hardware specifications.
- Install and configure Advanced Solution software and hardware systems.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and support customer demonstrations.
- Perform site installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Develop APC engineering knowledge through project participation and self-learning.
- Execute projects in accordance with the company's project implementation standards and provide technical consultation when required.
- Build strong customer relationships to understand operational requirements and identify opportunities for additional business.
- Support sales and business development activities, including preparation of technical proposals, presentations, and customer visits.
- Develop the capability to perform as a lead engineer within the first year.
- Manage assigned tasks independently and proactively.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time to customer sites within and outside the region.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process industries, plant operations, automation, or solution engineering.
- Knowledge of one or more of the following industries: Oil and gas, Refining, Chemical plants.
- Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: Process Control Systems, Advanced Process Control (APC), Process Historians, DCS Advanced Control Applications.
- Experience with the company's solutions, including EXA products, is an advantage.
Competencies:
- Strong commitment and perseverance in completing assigned tasks.
- Willingness to conduct intensive remote site activities such as step testing and commissioning.
- Positive attitude toward continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking, OPC communications, and database systems.
- Strong technical documentation and report-writing skills in English.
- Driving license.
