As a Senior Appian BA/Designer, you will play a vital role in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into Appian-based solutions. You will design end-to-end Appian applications, including process models, SAIL interfaces, integrations, and data models. Collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and development teams will be crucial to deliver scalable solutions. Additionally, you will lead workshops, requirement sessions, and solution design discussions, ensuring best practices in Appian design, performance optimization, and governance while supporting testing, deployment, and post-production activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Appian-based solutions.
- Design end-to-end Appian applications, including process models, SAIL interfaces, integrations, and data models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead workshops, requirement sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Ensure best practices in Appian design, performance optimization, and governance.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in the Appian BPM platform (SAIL, Process Models, Records, Integration, CDTs).
- Solid background in business analysis, requirement documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in solution design and architecture within Appian.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to integration (REST/SOAP), databases, and APIs.
Good to Have:
- Appian Certification (Level 2/3 preferred).
- Domain experience in BFSI/Finance.
- Experience with performance tuning and governance.
