Senior Appian Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Developer with strong expertise in Appian technologies to join our team and deliver innovative, scalable solutions across Finance & Accounting and the Automotive domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions using Appian RPA and Appian AI.
• Model and optimize business processes using BPMN.
• Develop scalable applications using Appian Solution Development.
• Manage and optimize databases using MariaDB, ensuring performance and data security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Analyze complex data to support decision-making in Finance & Accounting and Automotive sectors.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Conduct testing, debugging, code reviews, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–12 years of overall development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Appian RPA, AI, and BPMN Modeling.
• Expertise in MariaDB.
• Proven experience in Appian Solution Development.
• Domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting and the Automotive Industry.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Work Conditions: Full-time, on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
