Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable low-code applications that streamline business processes using the Appian platform.
- Ensure the delivery of efficient, secure, and user-friendly solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, mathematics, or a related field (mandatory).
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Business Process Management (BPM), particularly within enterprise environments utilizing Appian platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Practical knowledge and experience in designing and implementing processes within Appian using both Analyst and Designer views.
- Proven experience in designing and developing intuitive and responsive user interfaces utilizing Appian's SAIL (Self-Assembling Interface Layer) technology.
- Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with Appian Smart Services, enhancing process efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of Appian Tempo Interface, including customizing dashboards, reporting, and user interfaces.
- Demonstrated capability in designing comprehensive business solutions that deliver tangible business benefits.
- Proven track record of collaborating closely with key business stakeholders to translate their requirements into actionable tasks.
- Extensive experience in scenario-based requirements gathering and documenting business processes.
- Solid experience in understanding, documenting, and analyzing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Proficient in creating detailed functional requirement specifications.
- Capable of actively contributing to the development and refinement of both current and target operating models.
- Ability to plan, facilitate, and lead interactive workshops with key stakeholders to validate requirements.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience working within Agile project environments and familiarity with methodologies such as Scrum.
- Preferably L2/L3 Appian certified analyst or developer.
- Management experience with teams involved in the implementation of new technology and Advanced Analytics in multinational companies.
Work Conditions:
On-site, Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM GST
