Senior Appian Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Appian Developer to join our global team and lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge solutions across the Finance & Accounting and Automotive domains. What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement end-to-end Appian solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Build and optimize BPMN workflows integrated with Appian RPA & AI.
• Develop and maintain RPA bots for high-volume business processes.
• Integrate Appian applications with MariaDB ensuring performance and security.
• Leverage Appian AI for document processing, predictions, and automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive code quality, documentation, and best practices across teams.
• Participate in client workshops and contribute to solution strategy.
