Job Purpose:
To develop, enhance, and ensure the delivery of software applications using existing systems or incorporating new technologies to meet customer requirements based on the adopted application development lifecycle and ISE’s policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:

Applications Development:
- Lead activities for requirement gathering and system analysis with customers.
- Clarify functionalities of anticipated applications or solutions.
- Break down application specifications and translate logic into programming languages.
- Devise possible solutions to anticipated issues.
- Collaborate with teams for specific projects.
- Integrate existing software products and ensure compatibility across platforms.
- Lead testing activities to validate program outputs.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure accurate delivery.
- Monitor and correct software defects and oversee system maintenance.
- Continue investigating new technologies and expand technical knowledge.

Application Support:
- Provide effective support and maintenance for existing applications.
- Offer technical guidance to customers and colleagues.
- Monitor and report on application availability, performance, and capacity.
- Supervise application access privileges administration.
- Conduct proactive maintenance and recommend improvements.

Reports Generation:
- Generate ad-hoc reports as required.
- Report progress and issues to customers and colleagues as needed.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred.
- Relevant IT certifications.
- Knowledge about IT Service Framework.
