ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Function as a specialist in the use and application of Ansys Structural simulation tools (Ansys Mechanical).
- Provide technical support and training for customers in the Middle East region by responding to customer inquiries, guiding them through challenging industrial applications, and recommending the most appropriate simulation usage.
- Provide basic and advanced training for new and existing customers on Ansys structural solutions.
- Support the sales team by engaging with customers from a technical perspective, creating elegant and useful simulation solutions, participating in meetings, performing live presentations, and developing case studies to demonstrate Ansys solutions.
- Work independently to analyze technical needs, requirements, and the state of a customer’s current infrastructure, operations, and engineering workflows.
- Develop technical support repositories to help the company customers be productive and efficient.
- Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with customers.
- Develop competence as a subject matter expert and industry expert.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Hold an MS/PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred education and years of professional experience: BS+5, or MS+3.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in solving Structural Engineering problems using Ansys tools.
- Expert-level knowledge of linear, non-linear structural mechanics, explicit dynamics, linear dynamics, design optimization, and multi-physics.
- Experience in composite structural analysis is an advantage.
- Practical work experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (writing and presenting).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate and conduct webinars and presentations to customers.
- Logical problem-solving approach and the ability to clearly communicate the situation and proposed solutions to the customer.
- Possesses a sense of urgency, strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Have an engaging personality, engineering curiosity, willingness for continuous learning, and a professional mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in providing customer technical support, training, or similar customer-facing activities.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
