Senior Application Support Engineer (Sitecore Engineer)

The Senior Application Support Engineer (Sitecore Engineer) will contribute to the planning and organization of work for junior team members to ensure the timely achievement of unit objectives in alignment with quality standards. The role involves providing on-the-job training and constructive feedback to enhance the professional development of team members. Key responsibilities include promoting the organization’s values and ethics to foster a value-driven culture and implementing policies, systems, and procedures for the team to meet all relevant procedural requirements. The successful candidate will lead the accurate documentation of application configurations, standard operating procedures, release management procedures, and troubleshooting steps, as well as create knowledge base articles and runbooks to facilitate self-service support and cross-training among team members.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Preferred certifications in Azure, AWS (Amazon Web Services), Sitecore Next.js, Microsoft CRM D365, and Software AG.
• In-depth knowledge of databases, application architecture, troubleshooting methodologies, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of scripting languages and automation tools.
