Senior Application Support Specialist (Conversational AI / Gen-AI)

We are looking for a Senior Application Support Specialist to manage and support workflow-based conversational AI applications, including Gen-AI platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex production issues, working with modern AI workflows, and collaborating across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support conversational workflows using low-code/no-code AI platforms
• Provide L2/L3 application support for conversational AI solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with internal teams and platform vendors
• Integrate, validate, and troubleshoot REST API connections for transactional intents

Experience:

• 4–7 years of experience in Application Support or Conversational AI support
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and multi-vendor coordination
• Banking or Financial Services experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and integration troubleshooting
• Understanding of NLP, Speech Recognition, and Text-to-Speech concepts
