What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare functional designs and details, providing innovative design solutions.
- Lead a small team of junior Architects, guiding them in their projects.
- Take responsibility for submissions and ensure they meet all requirements.
- Review internally produced drawings for design quality, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project needs.
- Coordinate work with other disciplines to ensure integrated solutions.
- Review the work of other disciplines to maintain high standards.
- Maintain a hands-on role in various aspects of the work.
- Prepare reports, specifications, and presentations as required.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 16 years of experience in a design Architect role.
- Proficiency in Revit and CAD software.
- Ability to contribute positively to a team environment through professionalism, cooperation, and a constructive attitude.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Attributes such as calmness, dependability, respectfulness, professionalism, and collaboration.
