Position

The Senior Architect, Enterprise is responsible for developing, maintaining, communicating, and governing Enterprise Architectures across business, data, application, and technology domains. This role aligns with corporate strategies, business goals, and technology strategies to effectively achieve current and future objectives. The architect will provide expert advice across the company and Group Companies to build architectural capabilities, ensuring robust design, implementation, and optimal performance of digital infrastructure, systems, data, applications, and services.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide consultation and architecture support to business and Group Digital transformation programs in accordance with Enterprise Architecture (EA) guidance.
  • Develop and guide current and future Enterprise Architecture (Business, Information, Technology, and Application) to bring about business improvements and technology advancements.
  • Lead the departmental efforts in establishing plans, processes, and tools to enable the required levels of Digital services continuity.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

  • 9 years of relevant core IT experience, including at least 5 years in managerial positions with an emphasis on IT architecture management.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices for Enterprise Architecture domains and key business processes in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Experience in defining and managing Domain Architecture blueprints and roadmaps that meet strategic needs.

Recommended Professional Certifications

  • Professional Certifications in Open Group TOGAF.
  • Certifications in System Architecture, Security Architecture, Data Architecture, Network Design, and IT Services Management.

Technical Competencies

  • Decisive and focused on priorities with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Capable of managing successful relationships and influencing stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal command of the English language, along with strong soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication, facilitation, and negotiation.
