The Senior Architect owns the end-to-end solution architecture for all the platforms under shared services such as DMS, RMS, Archival, Intelligent Capture, e-Signature, Statements & Advices, and Reconciliation platforms, ensuring secure, compliant, resilient, and scalable solutions across the company regions. The Senior Architect also aligns with the company Enterprise Architecture team, follows the defined guidelines and enterprise standards, and helps the development teams with Architecture presentation, EA community, and ARB.

Key Accountabilities:
- Own the solution architecture governance and alignment with Enterprise Architecture principles.
- Ensure services are secure, compliant, and scalable in line with company’s enterprise guidelines.
- Drive modernization and innovation.
Job Context:
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to define and maintain target-state architectures for content lifecycle platforms.
- Govern API, metadata, eventing, and integration standards.
- Lead strategic programs: DMS upgrade, Archival modernization, Capture automation, Regional DR.
- Ensure compliance with UAECB, TDRA, SAMA, PDPL/GDPR.
- Adhere to all company Security and IT policies and procedures.
Leadership & Performance Accountability:
- Define clear, measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each team member and the team.
- Monitor performance through regular reviews and data-driven insights.
- Identify gaps, provide coaching, and implement performance improvement plans and continuous learning.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Follow Agile, DevOps, ITSM, EA, and security governance.
- Align major architectural decisions and help the team secure required approvals.
- Govern vendor technology evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to data governance and privacy standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in crafting scalable, secure, and compliant architectures across Enterprise systems.
- 10+ years of working with business leaders and technical teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- 10+ years of deep knowledge in software development lifecycle and service operations in complex environments.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in designing cloud-native solutions (AWS/Azure).
