We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, Agentic AI, Computer Vision, and expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision-Language Models (VLMs). You should have practical experience with Edge AI, AI for IoT platforms, MLOps, and in deploying AI solutions at scale.

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions that solve complex, real-world problems across multiple domains. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to drive innovation, optimize performance, and ensure the smooth integration of AI systems into production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and fine-tune advanced AI models, including LLMs, VLMs, and multi-modal architectures for NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
• Develop Generative AI applications utilizing state-of-the-art models for creative content generation, knowledge synthesis, and autonomous task management.
• Employ Agentic AI to create intelligent systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks in dynamic environments.
• Integrate computer vision systems with NLP to build vision-language understanding models for practical applications.
• Automate workflows for data preparation, model training, testing, and deployment utilizing tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in AI/ML, with expertise in NLP, Generative AI, Computer Vision, and multi-modal AI systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience in constructing robust APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• Expertise in LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and VLMs (e.g., CLIP, BLIP).
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or TensorFlow Extended (TFX).
• Proficiency with Deep Learning Frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Extensive experience in deploying AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and edge devices.
• Familiarity with Edge AI frameworks (TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime, or NVIDIA Jetson).
• Experience in IoT platforms and real-time AI applications leveraging sensor data.
• Knowledge of distributed computing tools like Apache Spark, Ray, or Dask.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with reinforcement learning, agent-based AI systems, and autonomous decision-making frameworks.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with big data technologies and real-time data processing pipelines.
• Ability to implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills focused on scalable, efficient solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional teams.
