Senior Associate Business Development-SBL/MBF Team

About the Role
This position is focused on sourcing new business volumes for the SME Asset Team, specializing in Small-Self Business Loans (SSBL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Loan Review Documents (LRD) loans. The role involves managing the entire sales process, from self-sourcing new loan applications to overseeing portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Source new business volumes through various sales activities
• Engage in end-to-end sales processes, ensuring self-closure of loans
• Actively self-source new loan applications
• Identify and attract new clients to expand the customer base
• Manage and maintain the existing loan portfolio effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector
• Strong understanding of SME loans and asset management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Contract and Travel Details
