Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential business opportunities in key sectors aligned with the company's AI-driven solutions.
  • Support business development managers in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and commercial documentation.
  • Contribute to deal structuring, pricing strategies, and coordination of legal and technical inputs.
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, client engagements, and proposal outcomes.
  • Work with internal teams to align technical capabilities and product offerings with market demands.
  • Assist with RFP/RFI responses and commercial bids in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and innovation opportunities within the AI and analytics landscape.
  • Ensure all engagements comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, and plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 4–6 years of experience in business development, preferably in a technology, AI, consulting, or innovation-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting sales processes, RFP/RFI responses, and proposal development.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of the UAE/GCC business environment and client ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
