We are seeking an experienced digital solutions professional to join our team as a Lead Consultant. This role requires strong delivery, solution design, and technical advisory capabilities. You will have a deep understanding of solution and data architecture, data science, data processing, analytics, automation, IoT, and Operational Technology systems. A proven track record in supporting the delivery of complex digital programs, including solution creation, configuration, testing, integration, implementation, and scaling across capital projects and operations environments, is essential. Specific experience in Automation, Digital Twins, Asset Performance Management (APM), Operational Technology, and digital transformation initiatives is highly valued.

You will be expected to work cross-functionally across business, operations, engineering, IT, OT, and vendor teams to translate client objectives into practical digital solutions. The role requires experience in technology evaluation, solution roadmaps, requirements definition, proof-of-concept development, implementation planning, testing coordination, and transitions into operational use. Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead large digital transformations within the oil & gas, power, energy, or related industries.
- Support solution definition, digital strategy, automation, digital twin, APM/ARIM, OT transformation, and data-driven operational improvement initiatives.
- Foster strong client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement, building trusted relationships across business, operational, and technical teams.
- Focus on digital solution delivery, data architecture, information management, and technology-enabled business practices.
- Work with operational technologies (SCADA, DCS, PLCs, historians) and enterprise IT systems (ERP, CMMS, MES).
- Influence client satisfaction, delivery performance, stakeholder alignment, and quality of consulting outcomes.
- Identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and support practical decisions to improve delivery outcomes and protect the organization’s reputation.
- Facilitate workshops, present to stakeholders, and translate complex topics into clear, practical messages.
- Influence without direct authority, build consensus across cross-functional teams, and support effective decision-making.
- Work autonomously under broad engagement, project, and business objectives, proactively managing assigned responsibilities and engaging stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote safe working practices when engaging with operational teams and customer sites.
Requirements
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Strong working knowledge of digital technologies, Operational Technology (OT), data integration, analytics, IoT, and related technologies.
- Experience in defining and executing Digital Strategy roadmaps for industrial or capital-intensive organizations.
- Familiarity with Digital Twins, Data & Analytics, Industrial IoT, APM, and enterprise transformation solutions.
- Proven experience in OT/IT convergence, including the integration of operational technology with enterprise IT systems.
- Comfort in supporting multiple clients, industries, and engagement types while maintaining a focus on customer outcomes and business value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying opportunities, assessing risks, and developing practical digital recommendations.
- A proactive, delivery-focused, and commercially aware consulting mindset.
