We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Administrator cum Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce platform, optimizing its capabilities, and supporting various departments in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce CRM using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards).
  • Develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for moderate complexity solutions.
  • Implement and manage authentication and authorization mechanisms, including SSO, OAuth 2.0, Connected Apps, and Named Credentials.
  • Provide daily Salesforce administration support, including user management, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data management.
  • Act as the Salesforce support owner, coordinating day-to-day support activities and ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
  • Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand current processes, provide operational support, and suggest system improvements.
  • Manage data imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing data quality using Data Loader, reports, and validation controls.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the system for efficiency and reliability.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and management reporting needs.
  • Assist in deployment and release management using Salesforce DX, Git, or equivalent tools.
  • Support release planning, UAT coordination, and post-deployment validation with business users.
  • Assist with environment management (sandboxes, refreshes) and access reviews in line with security and compliance requirements.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and platform enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
  • 6+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform with strong knowledge of core Salesforce features and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOQL, and declarative development tools.
  • Experience with asynchronous processing (Batch Apex, Queueable, Scheduled Jobs) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access controls.
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities) is a plus.
  • Exposure to integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and version control is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and OwnBackup is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments is a plus.
  • Prior work experience in the UAE is preferred.
